Introduction to

Dynuro D Capsule is used in treating the symptoms of Benign Hyperplasia Prostate (BPH) in men. BPH is a medical condition in which the prostate gland gets enlarged but is non cancerous. 

This medication helps in delivering smoother urinary passage and relieves symptoms like difficulty passing urine and frequent urination. Additionally, it aids night time urination, unintentional passing of urine, painful ejaculation and sexual dysfunction.

Urimax D Tablet 15's is a combination medicine that has two main ingredients: Tamsulosin hydrochloride and Dutasteride. Tamsulosin helps with urination by relaxing the muscles in the prostate gland, making it easier to pee. Dutasteride works by reducing the size of an enlarged prostate gland. It does this by lowering the production of a hormone called dihydrotestosterone (DHT). This helps relieve symptoms like frequent urination. Together, these two ingredients help improve the symptoms of an enlarged prostate.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia, also called benign prostatic hypertrophy, is a condition of non cancerous enlargement of prostate gland that leads to issues related with urination such as obstruction in the flow of urine out of the bladder. It may also result in kidney, bladder and urinary tract problems.

Can the use of Dynuro D cause ejaculation problems?

Retrograde ejaculation (semen does not leave the body, instead goes into the bladder) and ejaculation failure (reduced or absent ejaculation volume) are common problems associated with the use of Dynuro D. But this is harmless and more commonly seen when the medicine is consumed in high doses.

Is Dynuro D effective?

Dynuro D is effective if used in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Do not stop taking it even if you see improvement in your condition. If you stop using Dynuro D too early, the symptoms may return or worsen.

Can the use of Dynuro D cause dizziness?

Yes, the use of Dynuro D can cause dizziness. Dynuro D contains a combination of Tamsulosin and Dutasteride. Tamsulosin can cause a sudden fall in blood pressure while changing posture from lying to sitting or standing (orthostatic hypotension). This sudden fall in blood pressure can cause dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, sensation of spinning and vertigo. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, do not drive or use any machines. It is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better.

Is Dynuro D safe?

Dynuro D is safe if used in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Take it exactly as directed and do not skip any dose. Follow your doctors instructions carefully and let your doctor know if any of the side effects bother you.

What are the cautions associated with the use of Dynuro D?

The use of Dynuro D is considered to be harmful for men under the age of 18 years as it may affect the normal development of the male reproductive tract. The use of this medicine is also considered to be harmful for patients with any known allergy to any of the components of this medicine and in women who are pregnant or of childbearing potential. Can the use of Dynuro D have any impact on my cataract surgery?

Use of Dynuro D can cause floppy eye syndrome. In this, the muscles of the iris become floppy and the pupil constricts unexpectedly during cataract surgery. So, when the eye surgeon actually needs a dilated pupil, the pupil constricts unexpectedly. This restricts the field of surgery because of which the surgical outcomes can get affected. Inform your eye doctor (ophthalmologist) if you are taking this medicine or in case you have used this medicine in the last 9 months.

Can the use of Dynuro D cause priapism (persistent painful penile erection unrelated to sexual activity)?

Yes, the use of Dynuro D can cause priapism (painful penile erection). It is a serious but rare side effect associated with the use of this medicine. However, in some cases, it can lead to permanent impotence if not treated immediately.

What is the storage condition for Dynuro D?

Keep this medicine in the container or the pack it came in, tightly closed. Store it according to the instructions mentioned on the pack or label. Dispose of the unused medicine. Make sure it is not consumed by pets, children and other people.
