These antacids neutralize the excessive stomach acid present in the stomach and Activated Dimethicone facilitates the easy passing of gas by disintegrating the gas bubbles. Magnesium Aluminium Silicate Hydrate stabilise the active ingredients and ensure uniform distribution of constituents which enhance consistency and effectiveness of the drug.
