Dexa SR Capsule may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Dexa SR Capsule is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Dexa SR Capsule may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Dexa SR Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Dexrabeprazole. Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing the food to move more easily through the stomach. Dexrabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
