Desonide: Desonide works by inhibiting the release of inflammatory substances in the body, thereby reducing the symptoms of skin inflammation such as redness, swelling, and itching. • Dosage: Apply a thin layer of the lotion to the affected area 1-2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare provider.
• Administration: Clean and dry the affected area before applying the lotion. Apply a small amount of Desowen AF Lotion to the affected area.
• Gently massage the lotion into the skin until it is fully absorbed. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or mucous membranes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Wash your hands after applying the lotion unless your hands are the area being treated.

• Prolonged use of topical corticosteroids like Desonide can lead to skin thinning, stretch marks, and other side effects. Use only as directed by your healthcare provider.
