The two active constituents of this medicine are Donepezil and Memantine. Donepezil increases the levels of acetylcholine (a neurotransmitter) which improves cognitive functions. Depzil Plus is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to Memantine, Donepezil or any of its constituents. Also, inform your doctor about all of patients medical history before using this medicine.
