It contains Dicyclomine. Dicyclomine is a medication used to treat irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other conditions involving intestinal cramping.
It should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

It may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol.
It is not known whether drug alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
It is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby however, there are limited human studies.
It is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
It is an anticholinergic medication. It works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember.
If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose.
Do not take two doses at one time.
