Daflon 500 MG Tablet is a combinational medicine used in the treatment of varicose veins. It improves blood flow in the veins and restores its function.
Daflon 500 MG Tablet can be taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking this medicine. You should let your doctor know if you have liver or kidney heart problems. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine.
Caution is advised when consuming alcohol with Daflon 500 MG Tablet. Please consult your doctor.
Daflon 500 MG Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Daflon 500mg Tablet is a flavonoid. It works by blocking the action of chemical messengers (prostaglandins, thromboxane A2) which cause inflammation (swelling) of the veins. This improves blood flow in the veins and restores normal vein function.
