How Coversyl Plus Tablet works

This combination medicine is composed of two active ingredients: Perindopril Erbumine inhibits angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) and reduces the production of angiotensin II resulting in dilatation of the blood vessels and decreased blood pressure. Indapamide; a thiazide-containing diuretic promotes diuresis by reducing sodium reabsorption in the kidneys and ultimately lowers blood pressure.
