Coughmate LS Junior Syrup

This medicine is made from three medicines; Levosalbutamol, Ambroxol, and Guaifenesin is effective in relieving wet cough. Ambroxol has mucolytic property which thins and loosens the mucus and promotes its easy elimination. Levosalbutamol widens the airways by dilating the bronchioles and relaxing the muscles present on the airways. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that helps reduce the stickiness of mucus and remove it from the airways. These medicines work together to make breathing very easy.
