Combidol Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.<BR>Combidol Tablet can cause blurring of vision, dizziness, mild nausea, and mental confusion in some cases. This may affect your ability to drive.
There is limited information available on the use of Combidol Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.<BR>Patients with kidney disease should be closely monitored by a doctor while taking this medicine.
Combidol Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Combidol Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Combidol Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Haloperidol and Trihexyphenidyl/Benzhexol. Haloperidol is a typical antipsychotic. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (dopamine) in the brain that affects thoughts and mood. However, it may cause side effects such as involuntary movements (shaking of hands, muscle spasms). Trihexyphenidyl/Benzhexol is added to treat and prevent these side effects.
