Chlorpheniramine Maleate: An antihistamine that blocks histamine receptors to alleviate allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes. Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): A pain reliever and fever reducer that works by lowering the production of chemicals that cause inflammation and pain in the body. Phenylephrine: A nasal decongestant that shrinks the blood vessels in the nasal passages to relieve nasal congestion and sinus pressure.
If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it's close to your next dose. Do not double the dose.
