Caybutyl 650 mg/65 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.<BR>Even small doses of Caybutyl 650 mg/65 mg Tablet can cause infant sleepiness and decreased/altered brain function.
It is not known whether Caybutyl 650 mg/65 mg Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Caybutyl 650 mg/65 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Caybutyl 650 mg/65 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<BR>Use of Caybutyl 650 mg/65 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Caybutyl 650 mg/65 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Caybutyl 650 mg/65 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Caybutyl 650 mg/65 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol and Dextropropoxyphene. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain. Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
