Brimaze T Ophthalmic Solution is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.<BR>To reduce the amount of Brimaze T Ophthalmic Solution that reaches the breastmilk, place pressure over the corner of the eye for 1 minute or more, then remove the excess solution with an absorbent tissue.
Brimaze T Ophthalmic Solution may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.<BR>Brimaze T Ophthalmic Solution may cause blurred or abnormal vision. This effect may seem worse at night or in reduced lighting and this may affect the ability to drive.

Brimaze T Ophthalmic Solution is a combination of two medicines: Timolol and Brimonidine. Timolol is a beta blocker while Brimonidine is a sympathomimetic. They work by decreasing the production of aqueous humor (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.
