Povidone iodine inhibits the growth of infection-causing microbes by penetrating micro-organisms and oxidizing essential proteins, nucleotides, and fatty acid resulting to the death of cells.

• Dosage: For sore throat & infections: Gargle with 10ml (undiluted or diluted in water) 2-3 times daily. For oral hygiene: Use once daily as a preventive measure.
• Administration: Take 10ml of Betadine Gargle. Gargle for 30 seconds, ensuring it reaches the throat. Spit it out; do not swallow.
