It is an anti diabetic drug. It is use for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
It helps maintain blood sugar levels by eliminating extra glucose from the body through urine. It contains alpha-lipoic acid, which protects nerve tissues against damage from harmful chemicals, called toxins, in the body.

How Benforce-M Tablet works
Benforce-M Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Metformin and alpha lipoic acid which treat diabetic nerve disease. Metformin is a biguanide which decreases the production and absorption of sugar in your body, and allows better use of existing insulin. Alpha lipoic acid is a naturally occurring fatty acid which has a protective effect of brain and nerve tissue.
How To Use Benforce-M Tablet
- Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Benforce-M Tablet is to be taken with food.
