It combines Levocetirizine and Montelukast. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist which blocks the chemicals that cause constriction and inflammation in the airways. Levocetirizine is an antihistamine drug that blocks the histamine which is responsible for causing allergic symptoms like itching, swelling, and rashes.
