It is a combination medicine. Its used to treat dry cough and relieve allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and throat irritation.
Dextromethorphan suppresses the cough reflex in the brain. Guaifenesin thins mucus and eases its removal. Phenylephrine narrows blood vessels to reduce congestion. Chlorpheniramine relieves allergy symptoms.
