Actsita DM 10mg/100mg/500mg Tablet 10s is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus by controlling blood sugar level in the body.
It is used with exercise and diet to improve blood sugar level.
It should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of medicine may be required. Please consult your doctor.

Consuming alcohol with it is unsafe.
It may lead to fluctuation of your blood sugar level. Avoid driving for some hours after taking this medicine.

This formulation has been prepared from the combination of Dapagliflozin, Metformin and Sitagliptin. Dapagliflozin reduce blood glucose level and boosts urinary glucose excretion. Metformin lower the amount of sugar your liver releases into your blood. Sitagliptin improve the amount of insulin released after meals.
