Aceclofenac reduces inflammation, Paracetamol/Acetaminophen brings the body temperature down by acting on brain chemicals associated with pain and temperature, while Serratiopeptidase, an enzyme, helps to heal by breaking down abnormal proteins at the inflammation site. Together, it offer holistic relief for a range of health concerns in one medication.
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Aldigesic-SP Tablet.
Aldigesic-SP Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Limited studies have revealed the harmful effects of drug on developing baby. Please consult your doctor.

This medication has the potential to reduce alertness, impact vision, or induce drowsiness and dizziness. Avoid driving if you experience any symptoms.

Acecofine SP Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). These medications demonstrate their effectiveness by inhibiting the release of specific neurotransmitters in the brain responsible for pain and elevated body temperature. Serratiopeptidase, an enzyme, functions by breaking down irregular proteins localized at the inflamed area, thus facilitating the healing process.
Take the missed dose when you remember. You can skip the missed one; if the next dose is approaching. Avoid doubling up to compensate for a missed dose.
