How Tel AH Tablet works

Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker that blocks the action of angiotensin II resulting in relaxation and widening of the blood vessels. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker which widens and relax the blood vessels. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that prevents fluid retention by removing excess electrolytes and water from the body.
