This medicine contains Nimesulide and Paracetamol. Nimesulide and Paracetamol is a combination medication used to relieve pain, inflammation, and fever. It is commonly prescribed for conditions like headaches, toothaches, joint pain, and other musculoskeletal pains.

Nimesulide: Reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX), which is involved in the production of prostaglandins. Paracetamol: Relieves pain and reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus and inhibiting the production of certain chemicals responsible for pain.
Musculoskeletal Pain: Pain affecting muscles, ligaments, tendons, and bones, often treated with anti-inflammatory drugs. Fever: Elevated body temperature, usually a sign of infection or inflammation.
