How Mahaketo 5 Cream 15gm works

Ketoconazole can prevent erogosterol synthesis in the cholesterol through increasing memebrane fludity and prevent fungal growth. Clioquinol (Iodochlorhydroxyquin) is a broad spectrum antibacterial with antifungal properties. Tolnaftate can prevent the ergosterol biosynthesis through inhibiting squalence epoxidase. Neomycin can work through binding to 30S subunit of bacterial ribosomes that can prevent the synthesis of protein and may kills bacteria. Clobetasol can prevent Psoriasis and Cutaneous Atrophy due to Corticosteroids.
