Fosidal Powder may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Fosidal Powder should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Fosidal Powder may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<BR>Use of Fosidal Powder is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
There is limited information available on the use of Fosidal Powder in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.
Fosidal Powder is an antibiotic. It kills the bacteria in the urinary tract by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. It also reduces bacterial attachment to cells lining the bladder. This helps treat or prevent uncomplicated infections of the bladder.
