Duolin 3 Respules is a combination medication used for the management of respiratory conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma. It contains Levosalbutamol (1.25 mg) and Ipratropium Bromide (500 mcg), which work together to ease breathing by relaxing the muscles in the airways.
