Take as advised by the doctor, with or without food, preferably in the morning. Maintain a consistent time each day for dosage. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered; do not skip doses. Do not stop suddenly without consulting the doctor, as it may lead to confusion, stiff muscles, and high fever.
