Votrient 200mg Tablet is classified under a group of medications called protein kinase inhibitors. It's primary function is the management of kidney cancer and soft tissue sarcoma.
Its primary mechanism involves obstructing enzyme receptors (tyrosine kinase) that promote the proliferation of malignant cells. Furthermore, it inhibits the development of new blood vessels within the tumor.
They should be consumed in the dosage and period specified by your healthcare provider.

If you miss a dose of the medicine, it's important to take it as soon as you remember. However, if it's almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed one, as this can increase the risk of side effects.
Kidney cancer and soft tissue sarcoma are distinct forms of malignancies affecting the kidneys and connective tissues, respectively. They may manifest with symptoms such as blood in the urine, lower back pain, and abnormalities in soft tissue regions.
