It is a combination of medications that is used to treat some respiratory conditions like cough, mucus production, and bronchospasm. It contains Menthol, Bromhexine, Salbutamol, and Guaiphenesin. All these components work together to get relief from Asthma, Bronchitis, and various respiratory disorders.
Patients of liver disease should consult with doctor before taking this medicine.

Avoid driving when feel drowsiness
Do not take it without doctor's consulttaion during pregnancy; it may lead to cause birth defects.
Do not take it without doctor's consulttaion while breastfeeding; it may harm developing baby by passing to them through milk.
Salbutamol is a bronchodilator that assists in relaxing airway muscles which makes it easier to breathe. Bromhexine is a mucolytic agent that loosens and thins mucus in the Airways and makes it easier to cough up and clear. Guaiphenesin is an expectorant that assists in removing mucus from the respiratory tract. Menthol is a cooling agent that soothes the throat and assists in getting relief from cough.
Respiratory disorder is a condition which is characterized by asthma and bronchitis which involve narrowing the Airways and inflammation. It leads to difficulty in breathing, coughing, and mucus production.
