Telma-NB Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
Telma-NB Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Telma-NB Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Telma-NB Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Telma-NB Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Telma-NB Tablet is a combination of two blood-pressure lowering medicines: Nebivolol and Telmisartan. Nebivolol is a beta blocker which works specifically on the heart to reduce heart rate and lower blood pressure. Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). It works by blocking the hormone angiotensin thereby relaxing blood vessels. Together they allow the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently.
