It is a combination of medication which is used to treat cough and associated respiratory conditions. This drug Contains Bromhexine, Terbutaline and Guaifenesin, all this work together to relieve symptoms cough symptoms and mucus build-up as well as Bronchial congestion.
Take advice with doctor if having liver impairment.
Patient with Kidney disease should used this drugs with caution.
Patient should avoid alcohol as it increases the side effects like Dizziness and Drowsiness.

Limited studies on human but animal studies have reflected harmful impacts on developing baby.

Terbutaline assists to dilate or widen air passages (bronchodilator) in the lungs and make breathing easier. Bromhexine is mucolytic agent and assist to loosen Mucus in the air passage as well as make easier to cough out. Guaifenesin is expectorant which assists to enhance the output of mucus and phlegm from the airways and making cough more productive.
Cough is a reflex action that clears the airways throat from mucus and irritants. it can be occurring due to different conditions like cold, bronchitis flu and others respiratory infections.
