Roliflo OD 4 Capsule ER may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Roliflo OD 4 Capsule ER is a combination of two medicines: Tamsulosin and Tolterodine which relieve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker while Tolterodine is an antimuscarinic. They work by relaxing the muscle around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily. This prevents frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination.
