Ovaa Shield DS Combipack is a combination of three medicines: Acetylcysteine, Astaxanthin and Clomiphene/Clomifene which treat female infertility. Acetylcysteine is a mucolytic. It works by counteracting the harmful effect of Acetylcysteine on the cervical mucus (protective fluid in the uterus). Astaxanthin is an antioxidant which protects the body from damage by chemicals (free radicals) that cause infertility. Clomiphene/Clomifene is a partial estrogen agonist which works by stimulating the release of eggs from the ovary (ovulation).
