Orcerin Capsule is used in the treatment of osteoarthritis. It lowers pain and swelling and helps the stiff joints to heal quickly. It may be used alone or in combination with other medicines.
Orcerin Capsule is to be taken with food. Take it regularly and do not stop taking the medicine even if you get better until that doctor tells you it is alright to stop. Along with taking the medicine, exercise regularly to strengthen muscles around the affected joint and manage your weight.
To make sure the medicine is safe for you, before taking this medicine, let your doctor know all the other medicines you are taking.
Regular monitoring of blood sugar levels, especially in diabetic patients is important while taking this medicine, as it may increase your blood sugar level.
Orcerin Capsule is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.
Orcerin Capsule is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Orcerin Capsule may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Caution is advised when consuming alcohol with Orcerin Capsule. Please consult your doctor.
It is not known whether Orcerin Capsule alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Orcerin Capsule is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Orcerin Capsule is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
