Neotagmin Injection works by reducing and improving muscle weakness. It is given as an injection under the supervision of a healthcare professional. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment and never stop this suddenly without talking to your doctor. However, before taking this medicine it is better to inform your doctor if you are suffering from any kidney disease, parkinsons disease, asthma, or stomach disorders.

Some common side effects of using this medication are nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, increased production of saliva and diarrhea. It may also cause dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you feel better. Your blood pressure may decrease after taking this medicine, so it is better to monitor it and consult your doctor if it bothers you. This medicine may cause diarrhea, so drink plenty of fluids to keep yourself hydrated.

How Neotagmin Injection works

Neotagmin Injection is a reversible cholinesterase inhibitor. It increases the level of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger in the brain, by suppressing acetylcholinesterase (enzyme). This acetylcholine further triggers muscle contracting receptors which helps in muscle contraction.

If your symptoms have started reappearing, then it could be due to increased severity of myasthenia gravis or excess dose of Neotagmin. Both the conditions have similar effects, so it becomes very difficult to differentiate between the two. Do not increase the dose on your own and consult your doctor immediately.
