Microspan D 10gm/5gm Infusion is a combination of two medicines: Dextran 40 and Dextrose. They are derived from natural sources of sugar (glucose) and work by restoring blood plasma lost due to severe bleeding. Plasma is required to circulate red blood cells that deliver oxygen throughout the body.
