Introduction to Docefect RTU 20mg Injection 1ml

Docefect RTU 20mg Injection is a chemotherapy medication containing the active constituent docetaxel. It is used to treat breast cancer, prostate cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, stomach cancer, head and neck cancer. It inhibits the microtubule structures present in the cell. Microtubule structures help cancer cells to divide and multiply. Inhibition of these structures slows the growth of cancer cells.

Cancer is a disorder in which cells multiply in an uncontrolled and abnormal manner. This chemotherapy medication is used alone or in combination with other anticancer medicines.

During treatment, you may be given other medicines to maintain the number of your blood cells. Make sure you inform your physician of all the medicines, including supplements and herbal medicines, you are taking before you start treatment with Docefect RTU 20mg Injection.

You need to tell your doctor if you have any kidney disorders before taking Docefect RTU 20mg Injection.

Avoid alcohol while taking Docefect RTU 20mg Injection.

Docefect RTU 20mg Injection can cause dizziness and vision problems. Avoid driving if you are unwell.

Docefect RTU 20mg Injection can harm your unborn baby. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant before taking this medicine.

You must not breastfeed during the treatment with Docefect RTU 20mg Injection and for 1 week after the last dose. Inform your doctor if you are breastfeeding before taking this medicine.
