How Digusil Mps Suspension 170ml works

This combination contains two antacids (Magnesium and Aluminium Hydroxide) and one antifoaming agent (Activated Dimethicone) present. These antacids neutralize the excessive stomach acid present in the stomach and Activated Dimethicone facilitates the easy passing of gas by disintegrating the gas bubbles.
