Put the inhaler's mouth-peice between your lips, breath in deeply and forcefully to inhale the medicine into your lungs.
Take out the inhaler from your mouth and try to hold your breathe for 7-10 seconds so that medicine can reach deeply into the airways.
Afterwards, rinse the mouth using water after every use to prevent the risk of hoarseness.
