Lipaglyn 4 mg Tablet works by activating two types of receptors in the body: PPARα (Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor Alpha): This receptor plays a crucial role in lipid metabolism. By activating PPARα, Lipaglyn helps to lower triglycerides and bad cholesterol (LDL) levels while increasing good cholesterol (HDL) levels. PPARγ (Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor Gamma): This receptor is primarily involved in glucose metabolism. Activation of PPARγ improves insulin sensitivity, helping to control blood sugar levels.
Take it as soon as you remember: If it's not too close to the time for your next dose, take the missed dose.
