This drug is a mixture of propranolol and etizolam. In addition to helping to manage the physical symptoms of anxiety, such as tachycardia, it is used to treat anxiety and panic disorders. Propranolol is a beta-blocker, and etizolam is an analog of benzodiazepines.
Avoid alcohol consumption as it can increase the sedative effects of Etizolam.
Use with caution if you have liver disease.
Use with caution if you have kidney disease.
Consult your doctor before using this medication during pregnancy.
Consult your doctor before using this medication while breastfeeding.
Avoid driving as Etizolam and Propranolol can cause drowsiness, dizziness, and impair your ability to perform these tasks safely.
Etizolam: Strengthens the effects of GABA, a neurotransmitter that calms the brain by preventing nerve signals from reaching the brain. This aids in calming down, promoting sleep, and relaxing muscles. Propranolol: Reduces the effects of adrenaline and lowers blood pressure, heart rate, and physical symptoms of anxiety by blocking beta-adrenergic receptors.
As soon as you recall, take the missed dose. If your next dose is almost here, skip the one you missed. Don't take two doses to make up for lost time.
Excessive worry, fear, and nervousness that interfere with day-to-day activities are the hallmarks of anxiety disorders. Abrupt episodes of extreme fear or discomfort are a feature of panic disorders.
