Cheston Cold Suspension consists of Cetirizine an antihistamine; Paracetamol/Acetaminophen a pain reliever and fever reducer; and Phenylephrine, a decongestant, which is typically used to treat symptoms associated with the common cold, allergies, and sinusitis.
Cheston Cold Suspension should not be mixed with alcohol, it may cause severe negative effects.
It may be unsafe to use Cheston Cold Suspension during pregnancy.
Use of Cheston Cold Suspension is considered to be safe during breastfeeding.
Cheston Cold Suspension does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Patients suffering from kidney disease should use Cheston Cold Suspension cautiously; it may require dose adjustment.
Patients suffering from liver disease should use Cheston Cold Suspension cautiously; it may require dose adjustment.
Cheston Cold Suspension is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol, Cetirizine, and Phenylephrine, which relieves common cold symptoms. It is designed to address multiple symptoms. Cetrizine gives relief from allergic symptoms like runny nose & sneezing. Paracetamol is effective in reducing fever and pain by interfering with chemical messengers present in the body. Phenylephrine, by temporarily narrowing blood vessels, helps relieve nasal stuffiness.
If a dose is missed, take it when you recall.
You may skip the dose if it's almost time for the next dose.
